When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons like the start of the school year or January, processing may take up to 3-4 business days.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your planner! If you are not satisfied, you can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
What type of paper is used in bloom planners?
We use high-quality, 100gsm bright white paper in most of our planners to prevent ink bleeding and ghosting, ensuring a premium writing experience.
Can I cancel or change my order after it is placed?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we have a very small window for changes. Please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
