We want you to love your bloom products, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unused planner or accessories in the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
